Delivery & Returns

 

At Noble Nest Interiors, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you promptly. We strive to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class standard service, unless it's a larger order, in which case it will be dispatched via DPD or DHL.

Delivery prices are determined at checkout and are dependent on the size and weight of your order. Please note that we reserve the right to decline delivery of any order at any time.

RETURNS

At Noble Nest Interiors, our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 5 days of delivery (excluding the original delivery charge). It's important to note that for refunds, a 25% restocking charge will apply, which will be deducted prior to processing the refund. We will promptly arrange whichever option you prefer, but please be aware that the cost of returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at noblenestinteriors@outlook.com for further instructions. When returning an item, please ensure it is adequately protected for transit, as we cannot be held responsible for goods being lost or damaged during return shipping.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at noblenestinteriors@outlook.com. Please include a photograph showing the damage to your order, and we will provide further instructions to resolve the issue promptly.

All items returned without their original packaging will NOT be accepted.

REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel your order and return the product to Noble Nest Interiors, you have 5 days to inform us of your intention to return the item, and a further 7 days to send it back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund (including 25% restocking charge being taken) to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and received.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Our Furniture Range is typically available for delivery within 2 - 4 weeks. For the exact delivery date, please email us at noblenestinteriors@outlook.com. Most furniture items are dispatched directly from our partner manufacturers, and you will receive confirmation of delivery dates and times the day after placing your order.

Please ensure that the furniture you order will fit through doorways, narrow hallways, or up stairs where applicable, as items that cannot be delivered due to size restrictions may incur a restocking fee, and the cost of delivery will be withheld from any refund. Please note that we only deliver furniture to Mainland UK.

FURNITURE RETURNS

For furniture returns, large items must be returned with all protective materials in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

To initiate a furniture return within our 5 day returns period, please email us at noblenestinteriors@outlook.com. Please note that all shipping charges, including the delivery and return charges, will be deducted from your refund.
